These terms govern your use of the AMtech Innovators website. Development engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and scope of work signed before a project begins.

Quotes and engagements

A binding quote is provided in writing after we have discussed and agreed the scope of your project. Timelines stated on this site are typical estimates and are confirmed per project in the written scope.

Money-back guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described in your project agreement, starting from the date of final delivery.

Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, design, and graphics) belongs to AMtech Innovators. For client projects, ownership of deliverables and code is transferred to the client as set out in the project agreement — by default, clients own the code we build for them upon full payment.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". While we keep its content accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information published here.
