AI Agent Development
Autonomous AI agents that take real work off your team's plate — researching, deciding, and acting across your systems with the guardrails a business needs.
AI agents are the step beyond chatbots: software that can plan a task, use your tools and data to carry it out, and report back — without a human driving every step. Done well, an agent quietly handles the repetitive 40% of a role: triaging tickets, qualifying leads, reconciling records, preparing reports, chasing approvals.
Done badly, an agent is an expensive liability — confidently wrong, unmonitored, and touching production data. That difference is engineering discipline, not model choice. We design every agent around a clear scope of authority: what it may read, what it may write, when it must hand off to a human, and how every action is logged and reviewable.
We build on the current generation of frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) with the orchestration, evaluation, and monitoring layers that turn a demo into a dependable system your team actually trusts.
What We Build
AI Agents: Our Offerings
Workflow Agents
Agents that execute multi-step business processes end to end — intake, validation, processing, escalation — across your existing tools.
Support & Triage Agents
First-line agents that resolve routine requests, gather context for complex ones, and hand off to humans with a full summary.
Research & Analysis Agents
Agents that monitor sources, compile findings, and produce structured briefs — competitor tracking, market research, due-diligence support.
Sales Operations Agents
Lead enrichment, qualification, CRM hygiene, and follow-up drafting that keeps your pipeline clean without manual effort.
Internal Copilot Agents
Agents embedded in Slack, Teams, or your internal tools that answer from company knowledge and act on approved requests.
Agent Evaluation & Hardening
Test suites, regression evals, and failure-mode analysis for agents you already have — so you know how they behave before your customers do.
What You Get
Delivered with Discipline
- A clearly scoped agent with defined authority, escalation paths, and audit logging
- Evaluation suites that measure accuracy on your real cases before and after launch
- Human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive actions from day one
- Monitoring dashboards so you can see what the agent did and why
- Documentation and handover so your team can operate and extend it

FAQ
Common Questions About AI Agents
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent completes tasks: it can plan steps, call your systems (CRM, email, databases, APIs), evaluate results, and keep going until the job is done or a human needs to decide. Chatbots inform; agents act.
How do you stop an agent from doing something it shouldn't?
Scope and guardrails are designed before any code is written. Agents get least-privilege access to systems, allow-lists of permitted actions, mandatory human approval for sensitive operations, and complete audit logs. We also run adversarial testing before launch to probe failure modes.
How long does an agent project take?
A focused single-workflow agent typically takes 3–5 weeks including evaluation and a supervised pilot period. Broader multi-workflow agents are phased: we ship the highest-value workflow first, prove it in production, then extend.
What does an agent cost to run?
Model usage is metered, so running costs depend on volume. For most business workflows the per-task model cost is cents, far below the labour it replaces. We benchmark expected volumes during discovery and design for cost efficiency — caching, model routing, and smaller models where they're sufficient.
Do we need our data to be in good shape first?
It helps, but it's rarely a blocker. Part of most agent projects is connecting and cleaning the specific data the agent needs — not a company-wide data overhaul. We'll tell you honestly in discovery if your use case needs groundwork first.
